OLITICA ÎN DOMENIUL CALITĂŢII 

Managementul organizaţiei elaborează şi adaptează continuu politica sa în domeniul calităţii pentru a menţine şi a creşte permanent satisfacţia clientului, precum si de a respecta cerintele legale, a celor reglementate si a principiilor normelor de bune practici de fabricatie aplicate in industria cosmetica (GMP).
Pentru managementul PAPILLON Laboratoires Cosmetiques SRL, politica în domeniul calităţii reprezintă principalul instrument de îmbunătăţire continuă a performanţelor organizaţiei şi a eficacităţii Sistemului de Management al Calităţii conform cerintelor standardelor SR EN ISO 9001:2015 „Sisteme de Management al calitatii. Cerinte” si ISO 22716:2007 „Cosmetice – Bune Practici de Fabricatie. Ghid pentru Bune Practici de Fabricatie”.
Managementul PAPILLON Laboratoires Cosmetiques S.R.L. asigură planificarea şi integritatea Sistemului de Management al Calitatii la toate nivelele organizatiei prin stabilirea clara a responsabilitatilor si interactiunilor dintre functii, documentate in mod corespunzator.
1. Consolidarea si mentinerea poziţiei organizaţiei de lider pe piaţa românească si patrunderea pe pietele externe, prin înţelegerea aşteptărilor actuale şi de perspectivă ale clienţilor privind calitatea şi diversitatea produselor comercializate de PAPILLON Laboratoires Cosmetiques.
2. Îmbunătăţirea continuă a Sistemului de Management al Calităţii din organizaţie, prin:
2.1. Optimizarea managementului resurselor, în special cele umane şi de infrastructură.
2.2. Identificarea zonelor cu potenţial de îmbunătăţire, stabilirea obiectivelor şi implementarea lor.
2.3. Aplicarea cerinţelor legale şi reglementate conform legislaţiei europene la produsele cosmetice furnizate.
3. Instruirea personalului de la toate nivelurile pentru cunoaşterea şi aplicarea cerinţelor din documentele referitoare la calitate.
4. Aplicarea cu preponderenţă a acţiunilor preventive şi corective în toate procesele implicate în realizarea produselor, pentru atingerea obiectivelor stabilite in domeniul calitatii si pentru a limita cât mai mult posibil costurile non-calităţii.
5. Pentru realizarea obiectivelor politicii sale în domeniul calităţii, managementul organizaţiei asigură implicarea, angajarea şi colaborarea efectivă a întregului personal ce conduce, execută şi verifică activităţile ce influenţează calitatea produselor oferite.
Managementul organizatiei declara ca politica in domeniul calitatii si continutul documentelor Sistemului de Management al Calitatii sunt transmise, intelese, implementate si imbunatatite la toate nivelele organizatiei.
Managementul organizatiei declara ca respecta principiile fundamentale ale normelor de buna practica de fabricatie (GMP) conform standardului ISO 22716:2007 „Cosmetice – Bune Practici de Fabricatie.
Ghid pentru Bune Practici de Fabricatie”: realizarea unor produse cu caracteristici bine definite; monitorizarea riscului de contaminare si pastrarea inregistrarilor pentru o buna trasabilitate.
Conducerea societăţii PAPILLON Laboratoires Cosmetiques se angajează să aplice această politică pentru creşterea permanentă a satisfacţiei şi încrederii clienţilor săi.

The management of the organization develops and continuously adapts its quality policy in order to maintain and constantly increase customer satisfaction, as well as to comply with legal and regulatory requirements and with the principles of Good Manufacturing Practice standards applied in the cosmetics industry (GMP).

For the management of PAPILLON Laboratoires Cosmetiques SRL, the quality policy represents the main tool for the continuous improvement of the organization’s performance and of the effectiveness of the Quality Management System, in accordance with the requirements of the standards SR EN ISO 9001:2015, “Quality Management Systems — Requirements”, and ISO 22716:2007, “Cosmetics — Good Manufacturing Practices — Guidelines on Good Manufacturing Practices.”

The management of PAPILLON Laboratoires Cosmetiques S.R.L. ensures the planning and integrity of the Quality Management System at all levels of the organization by clearly defining responsibilities and interactions between functions, properly documented.

1. Consolidating and maintaining the organization’s leading position on the Romanian market and entering foreign markets, by understanding the current and future expectations of customers regarding the quality and diversity of the products marketed by PAPILLON Laboratoires Cosmetiques.

2. Continuously improving the Quality Management System within the organization by:

   2.1. Optimizing resource management, especially human resources and infrastructure.

   2.2. Identifying areas with improvement potential, setting objectives, and implementing them.

   2.3. Applying legal and regulatory requirements in accordance with European legislation for the cosmetic products supplied.

3. Training personnel at all levels to understand and apply the requirements of quality-related documents.
4. Primarily applying preventive and corrective actions in all processes involved in product manufacturing, in order to achieve the objectives set in the field of quality and to limit, as much as possible, the costs of non-quality.
5. In order to achieve the objectives of its quality policy, the organization’s management ensures the effective involvement, commitment, and collaboration of all personnel who manage, perform, and verify activities that influence the quality of the products offered.

The management of the organization declares that the quality policy and the content of the Quality Management System documents are communicated, understood, implemented, and improved at all levels of the organization.

The management of the organization declares that it complies with the fundamental principles of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), according to the standard ISO 22716:2007, “Cosmetics — Good Manufacturing Practices — Guidelines on Good Manufacturing Practices”: manufacturing products with clearly defined characteristics; monitoring the risk of contamination; and maintaining records to ensure proper traceability.

The management of PAPILLON Laboratoires Cosmetiques undertakes to apply this policy in order to continuously increase the satisfaction and trust of its customers.
